We are seeking empathic and caring **Personal Care Assistants** to join our team at **Hamersley Aged Care Home **in Subiaco on a **full-time** basis.

Reporting to the Director of Nursing, you will support our RNs and ENs by delivering personal care services for residents; such as bathing, toileting, and dressing residents, assisting with mobility and exercises, changing bed linen, and simple wound care.

You will possess highly developed communication, assessment, and problem solving skills, a demonstrated ability to work effectively in an inter-disciplinary team, and make meaningful connections with our residents and their families.

In addition, you will display or hold:

- Cert III in Individual Support (Ageing) / Cert IV in Ageing (or similar)
- National Police Clearance (obtained in last six months)
- NDIS Worker Screening
- evidence of COVID-19 and Influenza vaccinations, and
- full working rights in Australia.
