**The Role: Receptionist and Personal Assistant at a Psychology clinic in Subiaco.**

**Your Opportunity**

Calibrate are seeking a Psychology student to provide a range of secretarial and administrative support services to our two experienced Psychologists. You will have the opportunity to train and work alongside a self-managed reception team of Postgraduate students and learn from Psychologists with experience in a range of evidence-based therapeutic modalities including EMDR, Couple therapy (EFT), family therapy and more. This opportunity would suit a motivated, compassionate and reliable Psychology student wishing to further their education and work experience.

**Must be available**:

- Tuesdays 9:00am to 1:30pm
- Possibility of working additional days if desired

**Key Responsibilities**
- Proactively managing scheduling, mental health care plans, workflow and GP referrals
- Welcoming and engaging with clients to ensure they feel comfortable and cared for
- Working autonomously and managing highly confidential information
- Proof-reading and formatting letters, reports and other documents
- Scoring a variety of evidence-based psychological assessments
- Closely following procedures
- Maintaining strong professional relationships with both clients and staff

**About You**
- Relevant experience in mental health/medical administration is preferred but not essential
- Experience using a practice management software preferred but not essential
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills
- A commitment to delivering high-quality service and maintaining the core values of the practice
- Outstanding organisational skills
- Strong understanding of confidentiality agreements
