Our reputation as a trusted supplier of compressed air equipment has seen Pneumatics Direct work with highly reputable and successful companies all across the country.

We are looking for an enthusiastic Internal Sales and Warehouse Coordinator to join our team in Melbourne.

The Role:

Reporting to both the National Sales Manager and Supply Chain Manager you will be responsible for:

  • Internal sales support
  • Collaborating with our sales team to identify opportunities for growth
  • Preparing and sending quotes, including follow up
  • Stores duties within our Melbourne warehouse, including general maintenance and housekeeping
  • Receiving and storing of goods
  • Stock control
  • Domestic purchasing
  • Goods receipting
  • Picking and packing of orders
  • Outstanding order reports
  • Developing and maintaining positive relationships with freight suppliers
  • Stocktake management
  • Interstate transfers
  • Contribution to other administrative tasks, including supporting operational efficiencies and interstate team members

About You:

  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • A positive attitude with a willingness to learn
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and customer orientations
  • Strong initiative, hard working with a sense of responsibility
  • A forklift ticket is desirable
  • C Class Drivers License
