The Town of Victoria Park is a vibrant, diverse and modern community that values inclusivity, integrity, and proactive engagement. We're on the lookout for an enthusiastic, energetic and experienced Customer Relations Officers to join our Stakeholder Relations team in fixed term, full time capacity on a 12-month contract.

Your new role

You'll be a friendly face and voice to our community, greeting people with a smile, identifying customer needs and solutions, answering questions and handling cashiering duties – all while making every interaction positive and efficient.

What you'll need to succeed

  • ability to delivery exceptional customer experience (even during the tricky conversations)
  • experience working in either a call centre, hospitality, retail or administrative role
  • strong administration skills to keep things running smoothly
  • excellent communications skills to connect with people and solve customer requests
  • expertise in performing point of sale, cash handling and float reconciliation (yes, you're great with numbers too)
