**How will I help?**

BT, Australia's leading wealth management provider within the Westpac Group, seeks a **Customer Relations Consultant **to join our thriving call centre team. Since 1969, we have empowered Australians to achieve their financial goals, and you will play a vital role in continuing that legacy.

The role responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Guide existing and prospective customers, employers, and financial advisors through our comprehensive suite of wealth management products and services.
- Deliver exceptional service that fosters trust and exceeds expectations, ensuring customer satisfaction at every touchpoint.
- Become adept at utilizing multiple computer systems while maintaining clear and engaging conversations with clients.
- Develop your financial knowledge and stay up to date on industry trends to provide expert guidance.

Uphold the highest ethical standards, adhering to all regulations and procedures.
