**The Role**

The Customer Service Officer resides in Pirtek’s National Support Office in Kings Park and is the first point of contact for Pirtek Franchises. This position is responsible for handling customer enquiries relating to order processing, stock availability, invoicing, crediting, back-order cancellation or procurement. The Customer Service Officer is required to be an enthusiastic team player with a can-do attitude to ensure individual and team efficiency and engagement.

Key role responsibilities include:

- Management of customer enquiries and orders
- Back-order management
- Processing credits and raising invoices
- Accurate maintenance of customer records, communication records and other key information
- Stock procurement
- General office and administrative support as required

**You**
- Experience within a customer service role, including processing orders
- A high level of enthusiasm towards providing excellent customer service and a friendly communication style
- An energetic personality with a positive, can-do attitude and a willingness to help out fellow team members
- Excellent Excel skills
- Good understanding of mathematics
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail to ensure accuracy in completing tasks
- Strong sense of urgency
- High level of integrity, dependability and reliability
- Experience in a technical / industrial background (highly regarded)
- Knowledge of Bills of Materials (highly regarded)
- Understanding of Pricing and margin (highly regarded)
