Customer Relations Officer

An exciting opportunity has become available to join our busy Customer Relations Team In this phone based position you will manage enquiries from prospective clients and their families approaching aged care for the first time, along with referrers from hospitals and internal stakeholders.

For our new potential clients and their families, this can be a nerve racking and sometimes overwhelming time in their lives, your patient and empathetic approach together with your exceptional customer service and communication skills, will assist in your success.

Your days will include;
- Provide exceptional customer service to prospective aged care and independent living residents in relation to general enquiries, financial and contractual arrangements
- Proactively manage the pipeline of enquiries & leads to improve conversion rates
- Support Residential Managers in achieving maximum occupancy for Residential Aged Care Homes
- Provide detailed information and support to internal and external stakeholders
- Update and manage CRM systems

This role would suit someone who has worked within a call centre environment or aged care/healthcare provider in a customer service or sales role. You will bring a strong, customer service focused approach and have the ability to foster and build relationships with a range of stakeholders. Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills and a solution focused approach is essential. You will work autonomously as part of a small supportive and friendly team. Proven experience working with a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system such as Microsoft Dynamics or similar will be advantageous.
- Ability to provide evidence of Covid19 immunisation is essential
- Our office is conveniently located near public transport (walking distance from the Metro line and various bus stops) and Macquarie Shopping Centre_
