Stakeholder Relations Advisor (Fixed Term - Full Time)

The Town is seeking a Stakeholder Relations champion to join our vibrant & supportive team in a full-time capacity on an 8-month contract.

Your new role

This is an exciting opportunity to join the Town's communications team. Projects will span across the range of the Towns services and projects in collaboration with teams.

  • Support the implementation of targeted advocacy strategies, including stakeholder mapping, message development, and campaign coordination.
  • Producing high-quality corporate copy for newsletters, brochures, reports, and digital platforms.
  • Managing internal digital communication tools and platforms.
  • Assisting with event partnerships, sponsorship management, and media relations.
  • Providing timely responses and solutions to customer and stakeholder queries.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Experienced in communications, public relations, marketing, or government relations—ideally in a large corporate, government, or political environment.
  • An excellent communicator (oral, written, and interpersonal) with strong project management skills.
