About the Role:

You will be responsible for leading, motivating, and coaching your team to consistently achieve lead generation targets. You'll be hands-on in the field, setting the standard, and ensuring your team delivers high-quality leads.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage, coach, and develop a team of door-to-door agents
  • Drive daily performance to meet and exceed KPIs
  • Conduct regular training and side-by-side field coaching
  • Report on team results and identify areas for improvement
  • Maintain high standards of professionalism and compliance

About You:

  • Proven experience in door-to-door sales or lead generation (energy, telco, solar, or similar industries preferred)
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills
  • Target-driven with a passion for developing people
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Current driver's licence and willingness to work in the field daily
