Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Manufacturing Specialist to join our team. This position involves the production of flyscreens and security doors, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and durability. The successful candidate will be responsible for assembling and fabricating custom security door solutions for residential and commercial clients, contributing to both the aesthetic appeal and functionality of our products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manufacture Flyscreens and Security Doors: Assemble and produce flyscreens and security doors based on specific customer requirements and design specifications. Ensure precise measurements and a high-quality finish.
• Material Handling: Measure, cut, and prepare materials (aluminum, mesh, screens, etc.) for assembly. Operate cutting and other machinery safely and efficiently.
• Assembly: Build security doors, flyscreens, and related components, ensuring they are aligned with the company's quality control standards.
• Customization: Provide customized solutions, modifying doors and flyscreens according to the individual needs of customers, including alterations for size, color, and design.
• Quality Control: Inspect and test finished products to ensure they meet safety standards, functionality, and aesthetic specifications. Ensure that each product is durable and can withstand environmental factors.
• Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of materials and products, ensuring the required supplies are available and that stock levels are monitored.
• Safety Compliance: Follow health and safety protocols while working with tools and machinery to prevent accidents and injuries.
• Customer Service: Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction. Address any special requests or concerns regarding the manufacturing process.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production role, particularly in doors, security products is Preferred but not required.
• Strong understanding of materials, tools, and machinery used in manufacturing flyscreens and security doors. Preferred but not required.
• Proficiency in using power tools, cutting machines, and hand tools.
• Attention to detail, with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and address any issues that may arise during the manufacturing process.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage time effectively.
• Basic computer literacy for record-keeping and communication.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift and carry materials weighing up to 15 kg.
• Standing for long periods and performing manual tasks, including bending, lifting, and working with machinery.
