Production Support Officer

Perth, Western Australia McArthur Full time $45,000 - $60,000 per year

The role is fulltime (Monday to Friday) - Up to 38 hour working week.Contracts will initially be offered until June 2026 with a possible extension.

Production Support Officer's provide advice and support to internal stakeholders in relation to the issuance of personal documents. Staff will be required to rotate duties in back-office production support. This includes tasks such as:

  • Provide excellent customer service to all internal stakeholders.
  • Perform straight forward or routine administration functions.
  • Prepare/sort evidence documents, attachments to document applications.
  • Undertake Quality Assurance checks of documents including application forms prior to and post print of documents.
  • Apply attention to detail, accuracy and produce high quality work in line with the clients Quality Framework.
  • General day-to-day administrative functions including, but not limited to, management of inbox, liaison with all stakeholders in relation to documents.
  • High speed and accurate data entry, document preparation and scanning.
  • Management and distribution of high volume of mail and correspondence.

The Role requires:

  • Candidates must hold Australian citizenship.

  • Relevant experience in a government department or a similar business environment is an advantage.

  • Candidates will require competency with Windows and Microsoft Office
  • Candidates must have or be willing to obtain a Baseline Security Clearance.
