GR Production Services (GRPS) is seeking a highly skilled
Finance and Commercial Manager
to join our Senior Leadership Team. This is a pivotal role, responsible for driving financial performance, providing strategic insight, and ensuring robust financial management across the business. This role offers the chance to influence decision making at the highest level while also managing the day-to-day operations of the finance team.

About The Role
Reporting directly to the
CEO
, you will lead the finance and commercial function, providing critical support to business decision-making. You will oversee all accounting functions including accounts payable, receivable, payroll, reporting, and compliance activities while providing strategic and commercial advice across the organisation. Partnering closely with operational teams on contract reviews, tender submissions, and procurement strategies, ensuring GRPS continues to deliver value and maintain a strong financial foundation.

Your leadership will ensure the delivery of accurate, timely financial reporting, the development of budgets and forecasts, and the implementation of systems and controls that support GRPS in achieving its strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a key member of the Senior Leadership Team, providing strategic financial advice to support business objectives.
• Lead and develop the finance team, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant processes and reporting.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and business planning processes.
• Provide commercial input into tenders, contracts, and procurement strategies.
• Drive initiatives that support revenue growth, cost efficiencies, and value creation.
• Manage treasury functions and ERP system development.
• Ensure compliance with statutory, taxation, and audit requirements.
• Support the CEO and leadership team with acquisitions and capital investment decisions.

About You
We are looking for a finance professional who combines strong technical accounting expertise with a commercial mindset and the ability to engage confidently with stakeholders across the business. You will bring energy, adaptability, and a collaborative leadership style.

Qualifications And Experience

• Degree qualified in Finance or a related discipline.
• CPA qualified (desirable)
• Minimum 7 years' experience in a similar finance leadership role.
• Demonstrated success in managing finance teams and enhancing financial systems and policies.
• Strong knowledge of accounting standards, financial software, and commercial contracts.
• Postgraduate qualifications or MBA (desirable).
