Job Description

We're seeking a detail-oriented Production Support Officer (APS2) for a full-time, 100% office-based role starting in August. You'll play a key part in supporting secure and efficient processing operations within a highly structured federal environment.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys process-driven work, is reliable, and takes pride in accuracy and organisation.

Key Duties:

  • Scanning and processing of physical application documents
  • Assessing and managing photo quality
  • Sorting and managing mail, filing, and document destruction
  • Performing administrative checks, including data verification and quality assurance
  • Supporting back-of-house production functions

What you need:

  • Australian Citizenship (required)
  • Have a current Baseline security clearance or Willingness to obtain
  • High attention to detail and strong accountability
  • Ability to work in a repetitive and structured environment
  • Comfortable with light physical duties (e.g. lifting, standing)

Desirable:

  • Knowledge or experience in printing or handling secure documents
  • Completion of relevant admin/e-learning modules
  • Full training provided.
