Your Organisation

We are seeking a dedicated and client-focused Account Manager to join a premium gifting business located in the South Eastern Suburbs. In this role, you'll play a key part in building and nurturing long-term relationships with clients in the corporate and real estate sectors, while identifying new opportunities for growth.

This is a relationship-led position where you'll combine your account management skills with business development activity, ensuring clients receive tailored solutions and outstanding service at every step.

Your Role

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, acting as their trusted partner for all gifting needs.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to grow accounts and expand into new client partnerships.
  • Manage a structured client pipeline through HubSpot CRM, ensuring all interactions are tracked and followed up.
  • Engage decision-makers through calls, emails, meetings, and tailored product presentations.
  • Provide exceptional service by offering personalised solutions aligned with client budgets and goals.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless order fulfilment and client satisfaction.
  • Prepare regular performance updates on activity, pipeline, and revenue.

Your Profile

  • Proven experience in account management and/or business development within a B2B environment (corporate or real estate markets highly regarded).
  • Strong relationship management skills, with a genuine interest in understanding client needs.
  • Confident communicator with the ability to engage senior stakeholders.
  • Organised and proactive, with experience using CRM systems (HubSpot preferred).
  • Available to commence immediately.
  • This role is in office Monday - Friday from 8am -4pm.
