About The Role
This role is a full-time opportunity for a friendly and organised Medical Receptionist to join our team. This role operates
Monday to Friday
, with shifts scheduled between
7:00 AM and 7:00 PM
.

As the first point of contact, you'll play a key role in providing exceptional front-line service to patients and stakeholders in a fast-paced, professional medical environment.

We are currently inviting expressions of interest for positions across the following clinic locations:
Blackwood, Morphett Vale, Mt Barker, Noarlunga, Christies Beach, Edwardstown
. Please note, some positions may require travel between clinics.

Comprehensive Training Provided
To set you up for success, you'll take part in a five-week, full-time training program at our Hampstead Gardens training centre. This structured program will equip you with the skills, systems knowledge, and confidence to excel in your new role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage complex patient bookings via inbound and outbound calls
  • Deliver top-tier patient care, including registration, scheduling, and addressing queries
  • Handle inquiries from key stakeholders, including referrers
  • Communicate with medical professionals and assist with results and admin duties
  • Finalise billing and other essential support tasks
  • This role requires flexibility to work across both call centre and reception shifts

About You

  • You're eager to learn, adapt, and grow in a fast-paced environment
  • You have exceptional customer service skills and a patient-first attitude
  • Strong communication, attention to detail, and multitasking are second nature to you
  • A positive attitude and team spirit are essential in our collaborative environment
  • Experience as a medical receptionist or familiarity with medical terminology is a plus (but not required)
  • Customer service experience is a must
