Southern Medical is a privately owned GP practice with locations in Moss Vale and Bundanoon. We are currently seeking a friendly and enthusiastic individual to join our reception/administration team for 3-5 days a week.

Key qualities we are looking for include customer service experience, a good sense of humour, excellent time management, attention to detail, and strong interpersonal skills. The ability to multitask and work well in a team environment is essential, as is flexibility when needed.

Responsibilities will include greeting and assisting patients, scheduling appointments, managing records, coordinating patient flow with medical staff, and maintaining a clean and organised practice.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 - 40 per week

Supplementary Pay:

- Overtime pay
