Are you a professional and experienced **Medical Receptionist** looking to be part of a dynamic and supportive team? **Livingston GPs**, located within **Livingston Marketplace, Canning Vale**, is seeking a dedicated individual to join our state-of-the-art medical centre.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greeting and assisting patients with professionalism and empathy
- Managing appointments and patient records accurately
- Supporting clinical staff with administrative tasks
- Ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of the reception area

**Essential Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a medical receptionist in general practice
- **Best Practice software experience is essential**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $24.95 - $33.00 per hour

Expected hours: 4 - 25 per week
