We are seeking an exceptional and brand-aligned team-member to embrace our by charlotte vision and culture to deliver meaningful employee experiences.

About The Role
This role will report to the General Manager and work closely with other key internal by charlotte stakeholders. Key duties include:

• Develop and execute the brand's digital and eCommerce strategy aligned with overall business objectives.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Retail, Marketing, Operations, Finance) to integrate digital initiatives into the broader business roadmap.
• Apply commercial insights, market trends, and consumer data to optimise online offerings and the customer lifecycle.
• Identify and implement emerging digital tools, trends, and technologies to enhance the online experience.
• Oversee eCommerce operations, including UX/UI, product content, pricing, promotions, and merchandising.
• Ensure seamless functionality of the eCommerce platform, integrating inventory, CRM, and logistics systems.
• Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns (paid search, social, display, email, affiliates) to drive traffic and revenue.
• Oversee SEO, SEM, content marketing, and ensure consistent brand storytelling across all digital channels.
• Implement personalisation, loyalty, and retention initiatives to enhance customer experience and lifetime value.
• Track and analyse digital performance, set KPIs, and provide reporting to inform business decisions.
• Manage digital P&L, budgets, ROI, and cost efficiencies.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing digital, eCommerce, and customer care team, fostering collaboration and innovation.

About You
You are an experienced digital and eCommerce leader with 7+ years driving online growth and managing P&L, ideally within retail, fashion, or lifestyle brands. You have deep expertise in eCommerce platforms (Shopify, Klaviyo, Okendo, Gorgias, or similar), performance marketing, SEO, email, and social strategy, underpinned by strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making.

A strategic thinker with a hands-on approach, you excel in leading teams, managing stakeholders, and delivering commercial results. You are innovative, collaborative, adaptable, and passionate about jewellery, fashion, and creating exceptional customer experiences, with experience in international brand growth and omnichannel retail a strong advantage.
