The Role
We're looking for a Digital Marketing coordinator to execute our end-to-end digital strategy. You'll combine creative storytelling with performance-driven execution to increase awareness, drive sales, retention and build loyalty for AXL+CO.
This is a hands-on role covering performance media, social platforms, and affiliate partnerships – with plenty of room to bring your ideas to life, test-and-learn, and make a real impact. This role reports to the Head of Marketing, AXL+CO and sits within the brand marketing team.
What You'll Do
You'll work with the Head of Marketing to deliver the following tasks.
Digital Performance Marketing
§ Support end-to-end implementation and management of paid media campaigns across Google Search, Shopping, Pmax, YouTube, Meta, TikTok, and other emerging channels with agency partners to achieve ROAS and CPA targets.
§ Coordinate the implementation of budgets, bid strategies, audience segmentation, and creative testing for maximum efficiency.
§ Collaborate with media agencies or internal teams to deliver continuous performance improvements.
§ Work with the eCommerce Manager in defining the strategic roadmap to improve online sales, conversion, average transaction value and loyalty.
§ Consult with the Digital Hub to shape seasonal strategies that deliver results.
§ Assist the digital ops teams in website migrations from an SEO perspective.
Social Media Marketing
§ Deliver the organic execution and lead paid social strategy across all platforms.
§ Deliver a content calendar that drives engagement and reinforces our brand.
§ Oversee community management, influencer collaborations and trend-led storytelling.
Affiliates & Partnerships
§ Coordinate and support the growth of the affiliate program to drive incremental sales through publisher relationships, cashback platforms, and partner collaborations.
§ Negotiate commission rates, exclusive offers, and content features to maximise channel ROI.
§ Identify new partnership opportunities across lifestyle, news and fashion media.
Analytics, Insights & Reporting
§ Track, analyse, and report on digital channel performance against KPIs (ROAS, CTR, conversion, engagement, database growth).
§ Use data and insights to inform creative, targeting, and investment decisions.
§ Maintain a test-and-learn culture across all platforms.
Collaboration
§ Work closely with digital hub, eCommerce, brand marketing, planning, and retail teams to align messaging.
§ Ensure all campaigns reinforce the brand's positioning.
§ Support seasonal campaign launches, new product introductions, and promotional events.

Requirements
§ 2+ years' experience in a digital marketing role.
§ Solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion and online customer acquisition.
§ Comprehensive understanding of tag management systems with technical understanding for implementation and ongoing management.
§ Hands on experience with Google Ads, Bing Ads & Facebook Business Manager.
§ In-depth experience with website analytics tools including SEO reporting tools.
§ Confident analysing and reporting against digital performance metrics (ROAS, CPA, CVR, CTR, etc.).
§ Understanding of social media platforms like Dash Social.
