Our support office in Drummoyne is seeking an experienced Digital Producer who brings both technical know-how and a collaborative spirit to help us elevate our digital ecosystem.

About the Role:

This is a unique hybrid position for someone who thrives at the intersection of CRM management and digital production. In this hands-on role, you will take ownership of our core CRM platform (LineLeader) ensuring it supports our marketing, enrolment, and customer experience goals. You will also support the delivery of digital initiatives and web production tasks.

Reporting to the digital marketing manager and head of IT, your role would include:

  • Own the day-to-day management and optimisation of our core CRM (LineLeader), including information management, building out workflows, managing integrations, and reporting
  • Support with the day-to-day management of our WordPress website, including developing campaign pages, page updates and writing and maintaining clean, responsive front-end code, where required.
  • Managing and delivering digital projects across web and CRM including campaigns
  • Collaborating with internal teams and external partners to bring ideas to life
  • Ensure digital outputs meet brand, accessibility, and performance standards
  • Support continuous improvement through testing, analytics, and feedback loops

Skills and Experience:

  • Experience as a CRM Specialist or Digital Producer
  • Hands-on experience with CRM platforms—LineLeader experience is desirable
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Understanding of UX/UI principles
  • A proactive mindset and a genuine love for collaboration and problem-solving
  • Experience working in Agile or iterative environments
  • Solid front-end development skills HTML, CSS.
  • Bonus for PHP, JavaScript, Reach or Vue.
