We're on the hunt for a commercial powerhouse to lead growth across our client's house of digital-first renovation brands (B2C & Trade). If you've scaled an eCommerce brand from $30M to $100M+ in 3–5 years, this is your next big move.

This role sits on the ELT. You'll own the full growth engine from first click to checkout, driving acquisition, conversion, and revenue across multiple high-growth brands. You'll lead a team of marketers, eCommerce specialists, and commercial operators to turn big ideas into scalable results.

What You'll Do

  • Build and execute a group-wide growth marketing strategy spanning DTC and Trade.
  • Lead across performance marketing, eCommerce, content, retail, and trade.
  • Drive customer acquisition, optimise every step of the funnel, and lift conversion rates.
  • Pull every commercial lever; pricing, promotions, product expansion - to grow profitably.
  • Embed AI and automation into marketing and decision-making systems.
  • Create a high-performing, fast-moving culture obsessed with results.
  • Act strategically, whilst remaining close to the tools and jumping head-first into the data and metrics.

What You Bring

  • Proven experience scaling eCommerce brands in high-growth environments.
  • A track record of scaling a brand from ~$30M to $100M+ in revenue.
  • Mastery of paid media, SEO, lifecycle marketing, and conversion optimisation.
  • A commercial mindset that sees growth opportunities beyond marketing.
  • Leadership experience managing multi-disciplinary teams across channels.
