As the Operations Manager, you will oversee the end-to-end delivery of townhouse projects from contract through to handover. You will lead and support construction, estimating, and drafting teams to ensure projects are delivered efficiently, on budget, and to a high standard. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will balance strategy, structure, and people management.

What you will be doing:

  • Oversee day-to-day operations across all active townhouse projects

  • Lead and mentor construction supervisors, ensuring schedules, budgets, and quality standards are met

  • Work closely with estimating, drafting, and sales teams to ensure documentation and planning are accurate before site start

  • Monitor project performance and implement process improvements where needed

  • Manage key stakeholder relationships with suppliers, trades, and consultants

  • Support leadership in business planning, forecasting, and project delivery strategy

  • Drive a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement

To be successful, you will need:

  • Previous experience as an Operations Manager, Construction Manager, or similar leadership role within residential or townhouse building

  • Experience leading and mentoring operational teams

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

  • A solutions-focused mindset with the ability to identify risks and implement practical improvements
