We're now inviting an experienced and passionate veterinarian to step into the role of
Regional Clinical Director
in Brisbane. This is a rare opportunity to influence clinical standards, mentor emerging leaders, and drive meaningful change across our regional clinics. You'll be part of a national team of Regional Clinical Directors who, along with our Chief Veterinary Officer, share a deep commitment to the veterinary profession and its future.
Your Impact
As a Regional Clinical Director, you'll be at the forefront of clinical excellence - working hands-on with veterinary teams, identifying growth opportunities, and fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
You'll receive ongoing support and training in leadership, systems implementation, and change management, including access to development programs such as the
Lincoln Institute Leading Edge course
.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide clinical leadership and mentorship across multiple clinics.
- Collaborate closely with in-clinic teams to assess needs, support development, and build strong relationships.
- Champion best practices and uphold the highest standards of veterinary care.
- Design and deliver impactful training programs to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.
- Partner with operational leaders to drive performance and client satisfaction.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and retention of veterinary professionals.
- Stay ahead of advancements in veterinary medicine and integrate innovations into practice.
What You Bring
- A degree in Veterinary Medicine and registration to practice in Queensland.
- Memberships in an area of Small Animal Practice would be viewed favourably.
- Proven leadership experience in a clinical setting.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- A passion for mentoring and empowering others.
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a commitment to excellence.
- Flexibility to travel between clinics and support other regions as needed.
