**Position Overview**: As a Clinical Lead, you will play a crucial role in leading our team of professionals. Working closely with the Clinical Director, you will ensure the highest standards of clinical governance and operational efficiencies are met. This is a fantastic opportunity to impact our service delivery, focusing on excellence, customer satisfaction, and ongoing enhancements.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Ensure that all clinical services and interventions align with the highest standards of care and comply with NDIS guidelines.
- Develop and maintain robust clinical governance frameworks to manage risk, improve quality, and ensure safety in all clinical practices.
- Collaborate with management to identify service gaps and develop innovative clinical programs that address the complex needs of NDIS participants.
- Maintain stringent clinical governance in collaboration with the Clinical Director.
- Build and maintain relationships with a wide range of stakeholders including NDIS coordinators, family members, and other healthcare providers.
- Engage in collaborative practice and communication to ensure that all aspects of participant care are addressed and integrated.
- Monitor compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and standards, and prepare for audits and reviews by regulatory bodies.
- Promote and uphold our commitment to clinical excellence and continuous improvement.
- Engage directly with program calls to stay abreast of current needs and developments.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 5 years’ full-time experience in acute mental health and community services.
- At least 3 years in a clinical leadership role, with a strong background in coaching and mentoring.
- A clinical qualification in nursing, psychology, occupational therapy, or social work.
- Excellent clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, with an understanding of contact centre KPIs and data analytics.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
