**About the Opportunity**

The role of the Property Paralegal is to provide support to a team of eight lawyers in the Flight Centre Global Head Office.

This is a key support role in the management of Flight Centre Travel Group’s (FCTG) national retail property portfolio, which sees you working with the property team in a mixed paralegal and administrative role.

Reporting to the General Manager Property, this role will involve a high level of interaction with FCTG’s senior property management team, leasing executives and fitout project managers, as well as with landlords, their property managers and solicitors.

This role requires someone who has a strong attention to detail, takes initiative to resolve issues and create efficiencies, strong time management skills and flexibility to an ever-changing environment. The onsite role will be based out of our South Bank, QLD, HQ.

**Primary Accountabilities & Objectives**:

- Leasing queries
- Review lease offers
- Revision of lease documents
- Database and financial assistance
- Strong excel skills and knowledge
- Good typing and grammatical skills
- Execution and registration of leasing documents
- Strong legal research and drafting advice ability
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to integrate within a cohesive team

**Experience**:

- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role
- Relevant tertiary qualification (currently studying a Bachelor of Laws)
- Commercial and/or retail leasing paralegal experience (multi-jurisdictional experience preferred)
- Salary on offer; $85-95k Plus Super (based on experience)
