Junior Graduate Solicitor – Family Law, Conveyancing, & Wills and Estates

Location: Macquarie Park, NSW & Campbelltown, NSW

Work Type: Full Time | Hybrid

We are a Sydney-based law firm practising in Family Law, Conveyancing, and Wills and Estates. We are seeking a Junior Graduate Solicitor (0–2 years PAE) to join our team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented junior lawyer to build a solid foundation in a supportive and professional environment.


About the Role

The successful candidate will work in the following areas:

  • Family law matters (Property, Parenting, Divorce, Spouse Maintenance, Consent Orders, Financial Agreements, Litigation etc.)
  • Conveyancing (NSW & Victoria)
  • Wills and Estates (Wills, Power of Attorneys, Appointment of Enduring Guardians, Probate, Estate Administration, Family Provision Claims etc.)

You will have the opportunity to work closely with our principals, gaining valuable experience and mentorship.

About You

  • Admitted as a solicitor in NSW (or close to admission)
  • Up to 2 years PAE
  • Not suitable for law students
  • Demonstrated attention to detail and strong organisational skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • A genuine interest in Family Law, Conveyancing, and Wills and Estates
  • A commitment to strong professional ethics, integrity, and client service
