Greenleaf Legal is a boutique law firm based in Norwest, proudly servicing the Hills and greater Sydney region. Renowned for our excellence and strong local reputation, we are led by our Principal Solicitor, Amanda Elias, an award-winning specialist in family law. Due to rapid growth, we are now seeking an experienced Senior Associate in Family Law to join our dynamic and supportive team.

About You & The Role

We are seeking a Senior Associate who has minimum 5 years PAE working as a Family Lawyer. You will have experience in all areas of Family Law including property, parenting, de facto matters, spouse maintenance and divorce. You will also have:

  • strong attention to detail skills;
  • excellent time management skills;
  • strong oral and written communication skills;
  • ability to take responsibility and initiative of your work;
  • ability to work autonomously with little to no supervision;
  • experience in Court work including preparation of Court documents and appearing in Court;
  • experience attending mediations;
  • strong technical and negotiating skills;
  • ability to meet KPI's and budgets with clear and concise time‑recording on files;
  • a high level of client service and ability to meet the individual needs of each client;
  • ability to work well under pressure;
  • ability to work in a collaborative team environment;
  • ability to mentor and supervise juniors;
  • energy, drive, enthusiasm and a strong work ethic.
