We are seeking a motivated and organized Receptionist/Office Junior to join our team.

The Key responsibilities are:

- Greet patients and visitors, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment.
- Schedule and manage appointments
- Maintain and organize client records and files.
- Confirming appointments; checking, processing & managing customer accounts
- Patient care, ensuring all our patients are well looked after, before, during and after appointments to an elevated level of service.
- General office administration including coordination payments arrangements using EFTPOS & HICAPS and other payment plan options.
- Provide clean and infection control solutions, maintain stock control when requested.
- Maintaining a covid safe environment for all staff and patients

What do you need to demonstrate?
- Computer experience
- A people person with a mature demeanor
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal & customer service skills.
- A proven history of punctuality and reliability.
- Ability to build rapport with patients/staff, with a happy and cheerful outlook.
- A collaborator with a can-do attitude.
- Dedicated to grow.
- Can talk to people with ease.

Practice Hours are:
Monday-Wednesday 8.30-5.30

Tuesday - Thursday 8.30-7.30

Friday 7.30-4.30

No Saturdays currently but this could change in the future

Pay: $42,760.00 - $63,925.58 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Rotating roster
