One of Australia's largest profit-for-member funds is seeking a strategic and hands on optimization specialist to lead their digital platforms to drive growth and engagement.

About The Role
As the Optimization Specialist, you'll be the go-to expert for digital experimentation and personalization. You'll develop and embed frameworks that enhance member journeys across web, app, and Member Online platforms. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, you'll use data-driven insights to deliver impactful digital experiences that increase conversion, engagement, and retention.

We're looking for someone with
strong A/B testing experience,
someone who can confidently design, execute, and interpret experiments to drive data-informed decisions. You should be comfortable working with testing platforms, analyzing performance metrics, and translating insights into actionable strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead experimentation and optimization initiatives across digital channels.
  • Act as SME for Adobe Target, ensuring best practice implementation.
  • Collaborate with developers, analysts, and marketing teams to deliver personalized experiences.
  • Analyse user behavior and campaign performance to inform strategy.
  • Manage Adobe Analytics dashboards and report on digital performance.
  • Support content production and scheduling across platforms.

What You'll Bring

  • 4+ years in digital optimization, experimentation, or personalization roles.
  • Strong experience with Adobe Target, SEO/SEM, and digital analytics.
  • Proven ability to turn data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, advertising, or related field.
  • A passion for innovation, continuous improvement, and member-centric design.
