Marketing Intern
to join our dynamic team. This unpaid internship offers an exceptional opportunity for individuals with a marketing background or a keen interest in the beauty sector, particularly Korean beauty, to gain invaluable hands-on experience in a fun, fast-paced, and supportive environment.

This role is perfect for someone eager to immerse themselves in the world of beauty marketing, learn cutting-edge social media strategies, and contribute to exciting brand initiatives.

What You'll Do:

As a Marketing Intern, you'll be an integral part of our team, assisting with a variety of tasks that offer real-world marketing exposure:

  • Social Media Trend Analysis:
    Research and identify emerging social media trends, platforms, and content strategies to keep BONIIK at the forefront of digital engagement.
  • Marketing Event Support:
    Assisting with promotional marketing activities and campaigns
  • Video Content Creation:
    Experience content creation end-to-end: Collaborative brainstorming (with team), filming and editing.
  • Product Development:
    Be among the first to experience and provide feedback on new K-Beauty products, staying ahead of the curve with the latest trends.
  • General Marketing Assistance:
    Support the marketing team with administrative and creative tasks.

What You'll Learn:

This internship is designed for growth and will provide you with a comprehensive understanding of:

  • Effective social media marketing strategies and community management.
  • The end-to-end process of video content creation for digital platforms.
  • Event management, and promotional campaign activations
  • Key insights into consumer behavior and market trends.
  • Gain in-depth knowledge and understanding market dynamics, consumer preferences, and product innovations.

Who You Are:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, OR demonstrate a strong, demonstrable interest in marketing and the beauty industry.
  • Passion for K-Beauty is a plus
  • Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.) and an understanding of their content trends.
  • Creative mindset with an eagerness to learn
  • Proactive, enthusiastic, and possess a strong work ethic.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team setting.
