Congress ) is a niche service in the Audio-Visual industry with HQ in Sydney. We are the largest provider of Simultaneous Interpretation Systems and Conference Microphones in the Asia Pacific region, with offices in Sydney, Melbourne, Singapore, Bali, Philippines & NZ supporting the largest events in the region.

Our team is young and energetic, being a smaller organisation all ideas are considered and everyone supports each other, in this friendly environment.

The Job

We're offering a 3-month Internship program for students in Marketing who are looking to develop their career in Content and Social Media Marketing. This is a great opportunity for a self-motivated, creative team player who wants to learn what goes into Social Media and Content Creation.

You will gain experience by assisting the marketing team throughout the social media campaign delivery process and creating a consistently high-quality customer experience. We're a small but high-performing team, so you'll need to take direction and have tons of initiative and maturity to work autonomously when needed.

To be considered for this Internship, you must hold or be nearing completion of a Marketing Degree and have Australian working rights.

What you can expect to learn:

The Person

We're looking for someone who has:

· A keen eye for detail.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

· Innovative and creative thinking with the ability to contribute ideas.

· The ability to work quickly and prioritise tasks.

· The ability and confidence to contribute to the discussion.

· The ability to provide practical recommendations.

You must have excellent written and spoken English language skills.

You must also be highly competent in Word and Excel
