About the Role

We're seeking a motivated marketing intern with at least six months of hands-on experience in digital marketing. You'll work directly with the CompasIQ team to execute outreach, manage campaigns, and grow our brand visibility across digital platforms.

Responsibilities:

-Plan and execute email campaigns, monitor engagement metrics.

-Manage social media channels and assist in content planning.

-Handle LinkedIn outreach and lead communication.

-Support account management and client coordination tasks.

-Conduct research and assist with performance reporting.

Requirements:

-Minimum 6 months experience in digital marketing, SMM, or outreach.

-Strong written communication skills.

-Familiarity with tools like Mailchimp, LinkedIn, or basic CRMs.

-Organized, proactive, and comfortable working remotely.

Nice to Have:

-Experience creating marketing content (posts, graphics, or blogs).

-Basic data tracking or analytics exposure.
