The Locale is a Sydney-based creator and media network connecting hospitality, lifestyle, and travel brands with a curated roster of 300+ local content creators. We design creator-first campaigns that drive bookings, brand love, and measurable ROI.

Role Overview

We're looking for a Marketing Intern to support our day-to-day marketing activities. You'll help with content scheduling, creator coordination, and campaign tracking while getting a behind-the-scenes view of how creator-first campaigns are built and scaled.

What You'll Do

  • Assist with scheduling and publishing social media posts for The Locale.
  • Help manage influencer rosters and campaign deliverables.
  • Support with drafting captions, emails, and marketing copy.
  • Assist in tracking campaign performance and pulling reports.
  • Coordinate with creators for deadlines, posting, and content approvals.
  • Research industry trends and competitor campaigns to keep us plugged in.

What We're Looking For

  • Passion for influencer marketing, TikTok, and social-first media.
  • Organised, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple tasks.
  • Strong writing skills with an eye for clean, engaging content.
  • Comfortable with Canva, Google Workspace; bonus if familiar with TikTok/IG tools.
  • Creative thinker who loves culture, trends, and storytelling.
