About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant Intern to join our marketing team. This role provides hands-on experience across digital marketing channels, including EDM campaigns, SEO/SEM, social media management, and CRM operations. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, highly organised, and passionate about marketing in the financial/tech sector.

  • Key Responsibilities Marketing (EDM): Assist in planning, creating, and scheduling EDM campaigns; support A/B testing and performance reporting.
  • SEO/SEM: Conduct keyword research, optimise website content, and support paid campaign management (Google Ads, etc.).
  • Social Media: Draft, schedule, and publish posts across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and other platforms; monitor engagement and track performance metrics.
  • CRM Support: Update and maintain client database, assist with lead segmentation, and support campaign automation.
  • Content Support: Help with marketing materials, website updates, and blog coordination.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Assist in gathering performance data across digital channels and prepare weekly/monthly reports.

  • Ad hoc Support: Provide general support to the marketing team on projects, events, and admin tasks.

  • Requirements: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

  • Basic knowledge of digital marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, Semrush, Google Analytics, or similar tools).
  • Familiarity with SEO/SEM principles and Google Analytics is a plus.
  • Strong interest in social media marketing and content creation.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Chinese is a plus).
  • Detail-oriented, organised, and able to manage multiple tasks.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
