About the role

Senza Nome Italian Restaurant is seeking an experienced Pizza Chef to join our dynamic team at our Main Beach, Queensland location. As a casual Pizza Chef, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking delicious, authentic Italian pizzas to delight our customers. This is an exciting opportunity to showcase your culinary skills in a fast-paced, vibrant restaurant environment.

What you'll be doing

  • Preparing pizza dough and sauces from scratch
  • Expertly crafting a variety of pizza creations, including classic and specialty toppings
  • Ensuring the highest standards of food quality and presentation
  • Maintaining a clean and organised work station
  • Providing exceptional customer service and contributing to a positive team environment
  • Adhering to all food safety and hygiene regulations

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 2 years' experience as a Pizza Chef or in a similar role within the hospitality industry
  • Passion for Italian cuisine and a keen eye for detail
  • Excellent time management and multitasking skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings and weekends
  • Food safety and handling certifications
