About Us

We're opening a brand-new Italian restaurant in Kirra, and we're building a top-tier team to bring it to life.  We'll be open 6 nights a week for dinner only, and this is your chance to join a growing hospitality group with venues already established up the coast.

HEAD CHEF

What You'll Do:

  • Design seasonal menus rooted in Italian tradition
  • Ensure top-tier food quality, hygiene, and presentation
  • Manage inventory, suppliers, and kitchen operations

What You'll Bring:

  • 5+ years' experience in a Head Chef role
  • Deep knowledge of Italian culinary techniques and ingredients
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Creativity, reliability, and a team-first mindset

PIZZA CHEF (Pizzaiolo)

What You'll Do:

  • Confident working with high hydration dough and able to hand-stretch to order
  • We use a roasting/deck pizza oven – so no woodfire experience needed
  • Master dough technique and consistency
  • Maintain speed and consistency during service
  • Collaborate on pizza menu development

What You'll Bring:

  • Proven experience as a Pizzaiolo in an Italian kitchen
  • Expertise in traditional and modern pizza-making
  • Passion for authentic flavours and fresh ingredients
  • Immediate availability preferred
