We're looking for an experienced Chef to join our team. If you're a passionate foodie and thrive in a fast-paced kitchen, we'd love to hear from you

What You'll Bring:

· Commercial kitchen experience

· Great communication and leadership skills

· Food safety certification

· Stock control knowledge

· Ability to call dockets and manage kitchen flow

· Skilled in cooking, plating, and baking from scratch

· Passion and skilled in crafting fresh, flavour-driven dishes including tapas, meats, seafood, pasta, and pizza

· Attention to detail: High standards for food presentation and quality control

· Strong time management: Ability to multitask and handle changing demands in a fast-paced kitchen, and an ability to create prep lists.

· Flexibility: Available for early mornings, weekends, and evenings

· Positive energy and strong work ethic
