About the role

As a Chef de Partie, you'll take charge of your section and deliver high-quality dishes that reflect the best of Italian cuisine. You'll work closely with the Head Chef and team to ensure excellence, consistency, and creativity in every service.


What you'll do
  • Prepare and cook dishes to Modo Mio's exacting standards
  • Take ownership of pizza, pasta, and fryer sections, maintaining quality and consistency
  • Assist in menu planning, recipe development, and dish presentation
  • Maintain the highest standards of food safety and kitchen hygiene
  • Train and mentor junior team members
  • Collaborate with the kitchen and front-of-house teams to deliver a seamless guest experience

What we're looking for
  • Minimum 3 years' experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role in a quality restaurant or hotel kitchen
  • Strong background in Italian cuisine, including pizza dough, pasta, and frying techniques
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills in a fast-paced environment
  • Team player with a positive attitude and a passion for food
  • Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
