The role of the Customer Service Representative (CSR) at Fleetmark is to provide dedicated and comprehensive customer support to Fleetmark's customers throughout their entire buying journey. This involves acting as the primary point of contact, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty. The CSR will be proactive, detail-oriented, and have proficient numeracy skills. It is critical that the CSR has strong capabilities in Microsoft Office 365 Suite applications, including SharePoint and a willingness to learn. Finally, the candidate will need to work autonomously whilst managing multiple customer needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Order Processing & Lifecycle Management: Accurately process customer requirements from initial order placement, job specifications, production, through to final invoicing. Manage any postproduction or other customer enquiries
• Customer & Stakeholder Communication: Effectively communicate with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure clarity, resolve issues, and promote a positive customer experience.
• Data Management & Documentation: Maintain customer information and transfer it accurately into in house systems and SharePoint
• Prioritise Workload: ensure all work is prioritised to meet the demands of the team
• General Administrative Tasks: Assist other departments periodically by handling various administrative tasks to promote operational efficiency.
• Software & System Utilisation: Maximise the use of Microsoft Office 365 Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and SharePoint, to streamline tasks and manage information effectively.

Skills & Experience Required

• Experience: 2+ years in a customer service or administrative role, with demonstrated competence in managing customer inquiries, processing orders, and supporting internal teams.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 Suite.
• Attributes: Strong organisational skills, numeracy skills, accuracy, attention to detail, excellent communication, and initiative.

Qualifications

• Experience: 2+ years in a customer service or administrative role, with a solid understanding of administrative processes, customer interaction, and office software. Prior experience with management systems like Microsoft Office 365 Suite and SharePoint is highly advantageous.
