Recruitment Consultant – Technology

Are you a confident communicator with a passion for sales and tech?

At Novus, we're growing We're on the lookout for driven recruiters who want to build a career in the Sydney technology market.

You'll join a specialist team that's been recruiting Software Developers & DevOps Engineers in Sydney for a combined 20 years. This is the market we live and breathe - meaning if you started tomorrow, you'd have live roles to work on before your first coffee… and a commission structure of up to 40% (no threshold) to go with it.


We're hiring two types of roles:

Recruitment Consultant (360)

  • Run a full desk specialising in perm Software Development / DevOps.
  • Build new client relationships through proactive outreach.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment, from candidate sourcing to placement.

Delivery Consultant (Pure Delivery)

  • Focus purely on sourcing and delivering top tech talent.
  • Build deep candidate networks in software engineering and DevOps.
  • Partner closely with consultants to fill live roles.

What We're Looking For
  • 3+ years' recruitment experience (ideally in Software Dev / DevOps market).
  • Confident, persuasive communication and a natural ability to influence.
  • A self-motivated, target-driven mindset.
  • Interest in technology, digital transformation, and data-driven industries.
