The Role
As a Recruitment Consultant at OneMD, you'll play a key role in connecting high-impact talent with the companies shaping the future of medical technology. You'll manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from search and engagement to offer and onboarding all while building long-term relationships with both clients and candidates.
This is a 360° role suited to someone who enjoys autonomy, has a commercial mindset, and thrives in a relationship-driven environment. You'll have the backing of an established brand, strong existing relationships, and a leadership team that wants you to succeed.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full 360° recruitment process, including business development, candidate sourcing, and offer management
- Proactively identify and develop new client partnerships through strategic outreach, networking, and industry engagement
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with hiring managers, HR teams, and business leaders across the MedTech industry
- Conduct in-depth candidate interviews and assessments to ensure a strong technical, cultural, and commercial fit
- Map key accounts and market segments to identify new opportunities and emerging technologies
- Maintain and grow a portfolio of clients through consultative relationship management and regular account reviews
- Write and manage job advertisements, campaigns, and content that reflect OneMD's tone and values
- Partner closely with the leadership team to deliver on client projects and key account priorities
- Leverage recruitment tools to manage pipeline activity and ensure a first-class candidate and client experience
- Contribute to the OneMD brand through thought leadership, networking, and attendance at key MedTech industry events and conferences
