What you will do:

You can genuinely change your candidate's lives in your role as Technology Sourcing Consultant presenting them with opportunities they wouldn't find on their own. As well as providing solutions to your customers, it's about nurturing careers.

You will be an integral part of the team dedicated to recruitment and together with your colleagues you will look for the right talent solution for your customers. Working as a trusted advisor, you will guide both your candidates and clients through the hiring experience from start to finish, resulting in the right person in the right job.

You will contribute by:

• Growing your network to develop new and existing business relationships
• Building a talent pool/candidate pipeline
• Conducting all stages of a recruitment solution for your customers
• Understanding and analysing the market and sharing trends with your customers

What you will bring to the role as a Technology Sourcing Manager:

Your role with us will include sales. You must have the ambition to build your business, and part of the process will be speaking with people that you've never spoken to before. So, whilst you need to be comfortable with the sales aspect, you'll also need to be inquisitive, able to develop relationships and be confident in holding a conversation with people who operate at all levels of a business.
