Your Role & Responsibilities

  • Expand your professional network and develop strong business relationships across the NSW market.
  •  Lead your own business development initiatives, with our loyal client base and new clients.
  •  Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline in your area of Tech specialisation.
  •  Deliver end-to-end talent solutions for clients across various industries.
  •  Stay informed about market trends and provide consultative insights.
  • Participate in company events, networking activities, CSR initiatives, and community engagement opportunities.

What We're Looking For:

360-Degree Recruitment Experience (3+ years) – with expertise in both client and candidate management. Experience in Tech recruitment is a plus or

B2B/Consultative Sales Experience (3+ years) – looking to leverage your sales acumen in a people-focused, financially rewarding career surrounded by likeminded individuals.
