. With warehouses across multiple states and a strong online presence, we are expanding rapidly and looking for a hands-on leader to support our growth.

The Role

We are seeking an
Operations & General Manager
to oversee our daily operations and manage our team across sales, warehouse, and administration. This is a hands-on role suited for someone who enjoys working closely with people, solving problems, and keeping the business running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Team Leadership
  • Supervise day-to-day staff (sales, warehouse, admin).
  • Ensure attendance, breaks, and rosters are managed fairly.
  • Provide guidance, coaching, and support to team members.
  • Operations Management
  • Oversee daily workflow from
    sales orders → warehouse → deliveries
    .
  • Liaise with suppliers, freight companies, and service providers.
  • Ensure stock movements, container arrivals, and deliveries are on track.
  • HR & People
  • First point of contact for staff issues or concerns.
  • Assist with onboarding, training, and performance reviews.
  • Maintain a positive, safe, and motivating workplace culture.
  • Reporting & Communication
  • Provide weekly updates on team performance, sales orders, and operational KPIs.
  • Work directly with the Directors to implement strategy and support business growth.

Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience in
    operations, logistics, warehouse, or retail management
    .
  • Strong people leadership skills — confident in managing staff day-to-day.
  • Good understanding of business operations (sales, inventory, admin).
  • Comfortable with digital systems (CRM, Shopify or similar).
  • Hands-on, problem-solving mindset — not just a "desk manager."
