About the Role:

We're seeking an energetic and articulate Service Scheduler & Customer Service Representative to join our friendly and supportive team. This is a busy and varied role where no two days are the same You'll be at the heart of our operations, helping customers with service bookings and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

What You'll Do:

Be the first point of contact for customers, answering incoming calls with confidence and professionalism.

Save the day for our customers, by quickly and accurately booking service jobs for customers.

Support our service team by providing phone support, creating and sending quotes to customers

Dive into the day-to-day operations of a growing business, where your contributions will make a real impact.

What We're Looking For:

Experience in the electrical/whitegoods industry is a bonus, but not essential – we'll provide training for the right candidate

A good understanding of Brisbane and Surrounding Suburbs is essential as this knowledge will be required to schedule our Technicians.
