Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales growth by promoting training programs, recruitment, and consulting services.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through phone, online, and in-person meetings.
  • Identify new business opportunities and actively follow up on leads.
  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns, workshops, and networking events.
  • Create engaging content including marketing materials, articles, and presentations.
  • Support recruitment and career service projects, ensuring excellent client outcomes.
  • Perform office and administrative tasks to support business operations.
