Sales and Marketing Officer

Employee duties will include but are not limited to:

· Managing customer enquiries in person, by email and over the phone

· Raising sales orders, invoices, and quotes when needed

· Scheduling work activities

· Verifying and checking invoices

· General office duties

· Managing social media posts and messages

· Developing new business or client source by depth market research

· Continuing to maintain existing relationships with current customers or business partners

· Provide advice and support to Employer's customer base

· Seeking out new customers and opportunities

· Promote business in a manner acceptable to the Employer

· Communicating with the client as per our sales model & sales guideline

· Communicate with the business partner as per our sales model & ideas

· Communication includes multiple follow up, multiple visit or multiple phone calls

· Launching marketing email campaign via company designated system or manual procedure

· Recording & logging each communication to inhouse CRM

· Creating professional content or graphical image or content & Marketing materials for website or other digital platform

· Liaising with the accounts team & admin team to complete the sales process

· Posting relevant documnet copies & documents to assigned client or to b2b when needed

· Launching sms or whatsapp marketing campaign or video marketing campaign which includes creating video content or facebook live session when necessery

· Operating work from home in special scenarios (example covid-19) and consistently using Zoom video conference to maintain communication with employer, other Study In employees, client's, third parties etc

· Maintaining data management & date security as per company policy

· Preparing daily report and annual report in readiness for team meetings

. Meet sales target, team target & KPI

From time to time, the Employee will be required to carry out other duties and jobs not listed above. These duties may be assigned to the Employee by the Employer or Representatives of the Employer.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $55,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
