Bonus points if you've got networking experience or certifications like CCNA or Fortigate, but they're not a must.

  • Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot using the OSI model

  • Solve complex problems

  • Work independently and as part of a team

How will you support our "Why?"

  • Uphold our customer service standards and achieve call handling targets

  • Address technical assistance requests via phone and electronic channels

  • Determine our business customer needs through effective questioning and product analysis

  • Resolve technical and non-technical issues within established Service Level Agreements

  • Conduct research using internal and external resources when necessary

  • Assist internal and external field staff with fault and installation inquiries
