This role is ideal for a performance or digital strategist ready to step up and own the client strategy. You will partner with senior marketers to shape how brands attract, convert, and retain customers across Paid Search, Paid Social, Programmatic, and SEO. You will translate insights into clear action and guide cross-functional teams to achieve measurable commercial outcomes.
What You Will Be Doing
• Own digital strategy and performance outcomes for a portfolio of 6–8 clients
• Design cross-channel growth plans and turn insights into clear improvement roadmaps
• Influence senior stakeholders through data-led recommendations and commercial thinking
• Partner with media, creative, and analytics teams to test, learn, and drive continuous improvement
• Ensure delivery excellence while identifying new opportunities across the funnel
• You are the trusted strategic advisor for your client portfolio with strong relationships and retention
• Your strategies have delivered measurable lifts in efficiency, revenue, or customer growth
• You share knowledge with the team, contribute to thought leadership, or mentor juniors
Must have
• 4–6 years in a digital media agency environment
• Hands-on experience across Paid Search and Paid Social. SEO exposure is a bonus.
• Strong analytical and commercial skills with the ability to link media to business outcomes
• Confident stakeholder management and presentation skills
• Clear communicator. Able to simplify complexity
Nice to have
• Experience working with e-commerce brands
• GA4, Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or similar certifications
• Experience with testing frameworks or experimentation programs
