We're on the lookout for a
Graduate Creative Strategist
to join our Melbourne team. You'll be brainstorming viral ad concepts, crafting viral video copy that converts, and digging into data to understand what truly makes people click, stop, and buy. If you love creative ideas and nerding out over performance numbers - this one's for you.

What You'll Do

  • Turn insights into thumb-stopping creative ideas for Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, and beyond.
  • Write punchy and persuasive video scripts and ad copy that grab attention and drive action.
  • Analyse ad data to uncover why certain videos or concepts perform better.
  • Work closely with designers, editors, and media buyers to test and scale winning creatives.
  • Keep a pulse on trends, memes, and cultural moments that brands can tap into.
  • Help shape creative testing frameworks that push our performance forward.

What We're Looking For

  • Recent graduate or early-career creative thinker (0–2 years experience).
  • Strong copywriting skills - you can write highly engaging, scroll-stopping video scripts and ad copy that converts views into clicks and clicks into customers.
  • Obsessed with social media, storytelling, and what makes content go viral.
  • You have a creative eye with an analytical edge - able to refine your ideas with performance insights.
  • Strong writing skills and a genuine interest in performance marketing.
  • Curious, proactive, and not afraid to throw bold ideas into the mix.
  • Experience with Meta, TikTok, or Pinterest Ads is a bonus, but not essential.
